Led the production of a pilot of a documentary podcast. As show-runner, I recruited and built a team, managed all aspects of production, and delivered the pilot on-time and under-budget. As Story Editor, I oversaw the reporting process and editorial direction of the pilot, collaborated closely with the host and senior producer to develop the voice and personality of the show, and steered the overall narrative vision for the pilot and the series.
